Each element is verified against the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement and current INPS regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>Annual requirements included<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>INAIL Self-Assessment \u2014 Insurance Premium Calculation with Taxable Base Verification<\/li>\n<li>Model 770 - Annual Return of Tax Withholders<\/li>\n<li>Unique Certificates (CU) - for each employee, within legal deadlines<\/li>\n<li>TFR Management \u2014 accrual, advances, and settlement<\/li>\n<li>Year-end tax adjustment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Management of domestic workers, caregivers, and household employees<\/h2>\n<p>The collective agreement for domestic workers has specific rules and its own deadlines\u2014quarterly INPS contributions, holidays, thirteenth month's salary, and severance pay are calculated on different bases than standard employed labor.
