Cedolini, contributi e adempimenti mensili. Gestiti con precisione, ogni mese, senza errori.
Since 1971, we have been managing payroll for companies of all sizes, with clients throughout Italy and abroad. A chain of monthly and annual obligations where a single error incurs penalties, interest, and lost time for corrections. The cost of professional management is always lower than the cost of an error.
What do you risk without professional management
Errors in pay stubs and social security contributions come to light during INPS or INAIL inspections, upon termination of employment, or when an employee checks their social security status. Penalties for failure to pay contributions start at 30% of the unpaid amount. Penalties for errors on Form 770 or on the Single Certifications can reach up to 50,000 euros.
What do we manage every month
We don't limit ourselves to payroll calculation. For each client, we follow the entire monthly cycle: contract changes, illnesses and injuries, overtime, performance bonuses, business trips, maternity leave, and leaves of absence. Each element is verified against the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement and current INPS regulations.
Annual requirements included
- INAIL Self-Assessment — Insurance Premium Calculation with Taxable Base Verification
- Model 770 - Annual Return of Tax Withholders
- Unique Certificates (CU) - for each employee, within legal deadlines
- TFR Management — accrual, advances, and settlement
- Year-end tax adjustment
Management of domestic workers, caregivers, and household employees
The collective agreement for domestic workers has specific rules and its own deadlines—quarterly INPS contributions, holidays, thirteenth month's salary, and severance pay are calculated on different bases than standard employed labor. We have been managing this type of work for decades with a procedure that avoids the most common errors.
How do we work with you
You have a dedicated contact person who knows your company and your collective bargaining agreement. Every month, you receive payroll statements and payment summaries before their due dates. If anything changes, an employee gets sick, an inspection occurs, or the contract is modified, you are the first to know.
